Shipping policy

All orders are processed within normal business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that order processing and shipping times are different entities. Shipping times are controlled by the supplier.

Although most suppliers have fast shipping times, Please be aware that during this difficult time of Covid-19 these times may be slightly longer. We will always do our best to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible.

 Some products are unavailable for international shipping and therefore will not be added to your basket

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Although the majority of shipping is free within the UK, certain suppliers will require international shipping charges being paid. We apologies for this, but we have no control over these cost. 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer £15 flat rate shipping to most other countries outside of the UK 

USA shipping again unfortunately is controlled by suppliers but rates are free on orders over £50 or a flat rate of £5.99 under,  with the exception of certain items across the catalogue

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries 

 At this time, we do not ship to War torn countries or those with political unrest. This is due to the fact we cannot guarantee delivery of your purchase.

If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Shipping times: Most deliveries are fulfilled within 8-10 working days, but please allow 21 days before contacting us.

 Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Harper Willows is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Enquires@Harperwillows.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

See full refund policy

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Enquires@Harperwillows.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
